Your Facilitators
Paula & Matt are the heart and soul behind Full Circle Healing, a Brighton & Hove-based sanctuary for spiritual awakening, trauma recovery, and deep reconnection with self. Partners in life and in purpose, they bring together a powerful blend of ancient shamanic wisdom, sound healing, and modern soul work to guide others back to wholeness.
Paula is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner & Self-Love Coach, offering transformative sound journeys, utilising the resonant frequencies of the crystal bowls, drums, gongs, rattles & chimes. Her work is shaped by her own awakening journey, neurodivergence, and deep love for astrology, sacred feminine wisdom, and conscious living.
Matt is a Shamanic Healing Practitioner trained in South America with the Four Winds Society and the Q’ero Shamans of the Andes, as well as a gifted channel guided by Archangel Metatron. His own healing journey took him from corporate life and addiction recovery to becoming a steady, grounded presence for others navigating trauma, ADHD integration, and spiritual reconnection.
Together, Paula and Matt weave the Divine Feminine and Masculine into every session, circle, and ceremony they offer. Whether working one-to-one, holding sacred gatherings & events, or guiding online programs, their mission is simple yet profound: to create safe, sacred spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to remember who they truly are.
