Shamanic Sound Bath in a Tudor Cellar

Join us every Monday evening new and full moon , for an intimate Shamanic Sound Bath with Andrew Elson, Master Sound Healer and Shamanic Practitioner. This is a truly unique experience, limited to only four participants, held deep within a Tudor cellar in the heart of Tamworth.

Unlike larger group sound baths, this is a small, sacred gathering where each person receives the full benefit of the sound frequencies and shamanic energies. The ancient stone walls of the cellar create extraordinary acoustics, amplifying the healing power of drums, gongs, crystal bowls, and shamanic instruments. The result is a cave-like resonance that carries you deeper into relaxation, balance, and transformation.

Why a Tudor Cellar?

There is something profoundly grounding about stepping down into the earth, away from the noise of the world. The cellar’s unique energy and acoustics make it feel like you are entering a natural cave or sacred chamber, where sound can move freely through the body and spirit. Above the cellar is a beautiful crystal shop filled with thousands of crystals, infusing the whole space with an added layer of vibration and energy. The combination of sacred instruments, resonant stone walls, and crystal energy makes this experience unlike any other sound bath you may have attended.

What to Expect

Your journey will begin with gentle guidance from Andrew, who will hold space and set the intention for healing. As you lie back on comfortable yoga mats with blankets and cushions, the vibrations of gongs, drums, rattles, flutes, and singing bowls will flow around you and through you.

Sound baths work by slowing the brain waves, moving you into a deep meditative state where the body’s natural healing processes can activate. Many people report feelings of peace, release, clarity, and a renewed sense of energy. Each session is different, guided by spirit and the needs of the group present.

This is not just a relaxation session—it is a shamanic journey through vibration, energy, and spirit.

What to Bring

You don’t need to bring much—just yourself and a bottle of water.

All mats, blankets, and cushions are provided to ensure your comfort. Simply wear loose, comfortable clothing and arrive with an open mind and heart.

Please note that access is via steep stairs into the cellar.
