Stillness before Sparkle: A Mother Circle under the Cold Moon

As the Cold Moon rises we are going to gather in stillness a gentle pause before the sparkle of the season. This is a time to harvest what we've grown through the year to honour our journeys as mothers and to prepare the quiet nourishment of winter.

In this circle we slow down together softening into rest reflection and cozy connections with ourselves and others. The Cold Moon invites us to turn inwards to share stories and insights from the year gone by and to explore what we believe and communicate as women and mothers.

Amy of Thistle and May wellness and Laura Moss of Sound Healing Hearts- two mothers space holders and friends passionate about creating moments of stillness connection and healing.

Together they will settle into stillness with a grounding exercise to arrive fully in the space. You will have space for gentle reflection and sharing setting heartfelt intentions for the season ahead.

The afternoon will close with a soothing sound bath to nourish your body mind soul and heart. A moment to rest release and receive under the glow of the Cold Moon.

You'll leave with:

• A moment of pause and replenishment before the busyness of the festive season
• A sense of connection and community through shared stories and motherhood reflections
• Clarity and insight from exploring what the year has taught you
• A personal message- a truth or wish to pass onto your children and yourself
