You’ll be held in a warm, sacred space and guided through a gentle grounding meditation before being immersed in the soothing vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, sacred percussion instruments, and Reiki energy. Allow the sound to soften the mind, awaken inner wisdom, and support you in stepping into a new chapter with clarity, openness, and purpose.

Important Information

· Doors open at 19:30 — please arrive promptly to settle in.

· Doors close at 19:45 sharp (no late entry to preserve the sacred space).

· Free parking on local streets.

· Nearest Tube Stations: Wanstead & Snaresbrook.

· No previous experience necessary
