Together we will begin with a gentle Japanese inspired Tea Ceremony centered around the belief of four timeless qualities; harmony (wa), respect (kei), purity (sei) and tranquility (jaku). From this space of surrender, we relax into a meditation followed by a multi gong immersive experience, inviting the sound vibrations to gently open, release, restore, and transform.

The gong is a powerful and transformative instrument whose layered sounds move through the body in ways that bypass the thinking mind. These vibrations can help clear stuck or stagnant energetic pathways, allowing sound and sensation to move more freely through the nervous system.
