Visceral: Embodied Release

Visceral is a guided, non-technical movement practice designed to help you reconnect intimately with your body and release stored emotional and energetic charge through movement.

Rather than focusing on how movement looks, Visceral invites you to feel from the inside out: listening to sensation, impulse, and internal rhythm. Through gentle guidance and spacious structure, you’ll explore a range of movement qualities such as shaking, flow, repetition, scale, and bounce, allowing your body to lead the way.

This is an individual movement practice held in a dimly lit, supportive container. There is no choreography, no mirrors, and no expectation to perform. Instead, you’re invited into a personal, sacred exploration where emotion can move and the body can release what it has been holding.

This practice includes an open exploration time where you are free to follow your own movement impulses with minimal guidance. The experience is designed to feel like the clarity and relief that comes after a deep cry or release - empty, clear, and settled.

No dance experience is needed. Just willingness to listen to your body and let it move you.

You are always invited to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and choose what feels supportive in your body.

Visceral is designed as a repeat practice. Each session offers a familiar container with new internal experiences because the body is different every time you arrive.
