Through guided intention setting, a deeply restorative sound bath, and reflective journaling, you’ll be supported in aligning with your highest timeline in a way that feels grounded and accessible. We’ll close the evening with a moment to integrate and connect over a beautifully crafted iced matcha latte. No experience needed—just come as you are.

Iris Esmeralda is a trauma informed & heart centered facilitator, has a background in the Mental Health world for over a decade, she has dedicated her time working with people who have experienced PTSD, Complex Trauma, Substance Abuse, Anxiety, Depression & more. From a Clinician to a Holistic Practitioner, she is passionate about bringing Psychology, Neuroscience, Somatic practices, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Reiki, Sound healing & Yoga to all communities.
