There is something about emotions and feelings that just really reaches your heart and soul, more deeply than anything else. Even when you simply don't have the words to put it into words, or can't journal it out for lack of the right words..So how do you express yourself without words? Don't worry, the ancient Sami practice of the Yoik has your back! I've just recently learned it's name, and fully remembered it's cultural and spiritual significance, but turns out I've been doing it all my life!
Come join me on the land, under the power of the New Moon, and learn how to connect your voice to your emotions, feelings, the world around you, and especially, to your manifesting efforts! Absolutely no experience is needed. Even if you can't carry a tune in a bucket, you can definitely still Yoik!
During our time together, you will learn a brief history of the Yoik, how to do it, and how to use it as a powerful spiritual tool, particularly when it comes to manifesting.
This is an outdoor event, so dress accordingly. Also feel free to bring chairs, yoga mats, pillows, blankets, plus any drums, rattles, chimes, or similar instruments you may have, and let's do some Yoiking and manifesting!
