Join us for a gentle, steady practice designed to support your body and your community. Balance & Purpose offers slow, intentional movement to improve mobility, build strength, and enhance balance — all at a pace that feels comfortable and accessible.We’ll hold poses for a few breaths at a time, with plenty of modifications and supportive props so every participant can move safely and confidently. Whether you’re brand‑new to yoga or returning to your mat, this class invites you to show up just as you are while helping local families in need.
