We have bought new crystals and are excited for this first new moon of the year. The first new moon of the year will set the stage, inviting us to plant heartfelt, soul-led and serve as a reminder for our new year intentions for the year ahead. Make the time to envision your higher path, embrace new beginnings and align deeply with your purpose. Join Rachel Gardiner and myself as we navigate through this new moon cycle.
You will choose a crystal for your session and to keep, receive smudging to remove negative energy, high vibration essential oil to enhance your meditative state, guided through 4 7 8 circular style breathing, stretching while lying or sitting down, guided meditation with crystal bowls playing, then gongs and other equipment to deepen your meditation.
Recent studies done on Sound healing shows a single treatment can provide the following:
• Slowed heart rate
• Reduced oxygen consumption
• Decreased blood pressure
• Slowed respiration rate
• Relaxed muscles
Mentally the study also showed:
• Deep relaxation
• Changed brainwave frequencies (generally slowing down from beta to alpha and alpha to theta or delta)
• Cleared the mind from anxiety
• Created a feeling of calm and peacefulness. The session includes smudging, essential oils and cacao pre sound bath and tea and light refreshments after. Full moons are for letting of of what no longer serves so we can focus in the present moment to create our future.
