Connect 60+ is an evidence-based seven-week healthy ageing program for people 60+ who want to keep involved, maintain or increase quality of life, and live independently for longer in the communities we love.
Based on International Council on Active Ageing's 7 Dimensions of Wellness – physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social, environmental and vocational, we explore elements of wellness that enhances your wellbeing now and in the future. Each session is designed to be practical, interactive and engaging.
Thanks to a $20,000 CommBank Staff Foundation Community Grant, Connect 60+ will be fully funded for the entire year. This funding will allow us to offer the workshops at no cost to participants.
