This New Moon Ceremony invites the spirit of Mama Cacao followed by sharing and movement practices intended to create a powerful alchemy that supports your manifestation process. You may have spiritual visions and insights, manifest a path for your dream life, nurture a deeper connection with your body and emotions, or have a moment of deep relaxation and stress release. Together, they utilise a wide range of tools to help you connect deeply and transform into a more authentic, conscious, and empowered version of yourself.🪶

Practical:
✨ Wonderland is in Østerdalsgata 1B, take the elevator to 2nd floor
✨ Some pillows and blankets are available, but feel free to bring extra if you want
✨ We suggest to layering up your clothes (sitting can be chilly, dancing can be hot)
✨ Herbal tea and light fruit available
✨ Bring a water bottle, a journal and a pen
We recommend not eating a heavy meal or drinking coffee for a few hours before the event, and we recommend drinking enough water after.
