New Moon Intentions Sound Healing Journey

Hi Dear Ones!

YOU ARE INVITED...
We are gathering to set some New Moon intentions, and to be rejuvenated in the soothing vibrations of sound as we ponder how to bring forth the best versions of ourselves, and be inspired to make significant changes in our lives.

Bring a journal (paper) and a blue pen, in addition to all of your comfortable cushion to prepare your space!

This new Moon takes us inward – into depth, revelation, sight and transformation. Do your hopes and dreams still fit your ideal picture?

You have the ability to reform your current circumstances, especially when you focus on what you want. This is a deep, powerful new moon, not one for manifesting, but instead for you getting to the bottom of all matters.

Inner liberation comes from reconnecting with trust – in ourselves, in the rhythms of this Universe, in the infinite flow of life that we are both one with and carried by. Rhythm can sing louder than fear, and trust can sing louder than the illusion of separation.

We amplify one another, our energy, our layers, and ask for truth, empowerment, self-reclamation, and renewal. There is a power in togetherness, an alignment, a concentration of consciousness, emotion, perception, and collective creative possibility.

Moon in Scorpio creates the need to delve into your feelings as deep as possible. You may desire meaningful emotional exchanges now more than at any other time, even if it is not easy and you are forced to change many things. Shallow relationships do not satisfy you, because they are not purifying, meaningful, or stimulating enough. We thrive in connection and harmony.

Do you welcome change?
Do you believe in a higher power?

Is there something deep deep inside that still needs to be seen, heard, and healed?

It is a great time to clear and restore boundaries, reclaim disowned energy, open perception, and transform shame into creative vitality. This is a reclamation of true power, authority, acceptance and love.

JOIN US ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19TH, at Namaste Studio Denver, on one of the last two New Moons of the year, to choose new intentions as we prepare to make the most of these last months of 2025 and move into 2026.

Join us for a deeply immersive sound healing journey to deepen passion and commitment, uncover the most hidden truths, reclaim sovereignty, and most importantly to nourish, receive, and give love.

We will start with a gentle breath work exercise, and complete our ceremony with a Sound Healing Journey using sound vibrations to enhance our process.

Sharing and participation may be before or after Sound Healing. Each gathering is unique to those that attend. Expect simply to flow in this sacred ceremony. I will add that we like to go deep so that we can be our brightest and lightest!!

WHAT TO BRING:
***BRING LOTS OF CUSHION*** pillows, blankets, camping mat/yoga mat. Don't be shy... People bring bags/bins full. You want to prepare a comfortable space for yourself.

*Journal (or paper) and a blue pen.

If you have lower back troubles, it is suggested to also bringing a pillow or bolster to place under your knees.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day previous to journey, but not directly beforehand so that you may remain in stillness without running to restroom. Sound waves carry on water, and the more hydrated you are, the more likely the frequencies will have a penetrating effect.

Best not to have a heavy meal or caffeine directly before sound healing.

* NOTE: In order to create a container of deep relaxing and connection during this gathering, doors will be locked by 7:05PM. MAKE SURE TO ARRIVE ON TIME.

The studio is located behind the private residence with solar panels at the top of the driveway. There is parking up the driveway between the house and the studio.
