Guided by the gentle principles of Restorative Yoga, you will be supported by props, allowing your nervous system to fully recalibrate. As you settle into stillness, the room will be bathed in the live, acoustic vibrations by Andrew Aycoth. His intuitive guitar melodies serve as an anchor to lead you deeper into your internal landscape to reset and renew for the new cycle ahead.
