Join us for a rejuvenating experience that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit.This gentle practice is designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Whether you're seeking relaxation, connection, or a unique way to celebrate the lunar cycle, this class offers a peaceful and inclusive environment. Bring a towel or blanket to practice on, a water bottle, and a light layer for comfort. No prior yoga experience is necessary, just an open heart and a desire to unwind.
Class takes place on the Tennessee Ave beach access. Please note there are no public restrooms. Stay after class to enjoy the moonrise at 8:30pm.
$15 drop-in or use your membership.
