While meditatively drinking the tea, you have the opportunity to be introspective and journal.
Cha Dao, "the Way of the Tea" is an act of self-love and a soft rebellion against the tyranny of urgency that society can often demand of us.
You are supported in relaxing into the present moment and allowing the clarity, grounding, and downloads to occur. Space is held afterwards for reflection and sharing.
The tea selected is in harmonious alignment of the seasonal energy and ensures a calm and grounded experience without psychoactive effects.
