Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of gentle yoga, calming breathwork, guided meditation, and a soothing crystal sound bath designed to relax your nervous system and open your heart to possibility.

We’ll begin with simple yoga postures and breathing techniques that help release tension and ground the body. From there, you’ll be guided through a meditative journey focused on intention-setting and self-reflection. As the meditation flows into the sound bath, crystal singing bowls and healing tones will wash over you, helping quiet the mind, balance your energy, and deepen your sense of peace.

This experience is beginner-friendly, supportive, and open to all levels no prior yoga or meditation experience needed. Bring your mat, cozy blanket, and an open heart as we welcome new moon magic together.
