The New Moon is a sacred reset. A time to pause, reflect, and plant intentional seeds for the next cycle of your life. Come for an evening of deep peace, healing, and connection as we gather under the energy of the New Moon.This evening gently weaves the sacred practice of ONENESS with the vibrational medicine of crystal sound bowls, creating a powerful field of resonance where energy, vibration, and consciousness align. When ONENESS is paired with sound healing, something beautiful happens. The mind softens. The heart opens. The nervous system settles. Divine Light and Love flow more freely.
This gathering is a gift for your body, your spirit, and your spiritual journey.
What the evening will consist of:
• Intention Setting Ceremony
• Guided Journaling Exercise
• Meditation
• Oneness Sound Immersion with Crystal Singing Bowls

• Deep relaxation & energetic healing

• A special notebook and pen (if you’d like to journal)
• Water Bottle (if you would like to have your own, otherwise we do have culligan water in the community kitchen, you may help yourself to )
• An optional blanket or yoga mat for comfort
• An optional meaningful item to place on our New Moon altar to soak in your intentions
