Spiritual Sisterhood is a biweekly gathering for women who feel called to live with deeper awareness.
This is for the woman who:
• Feels energy shifts in a room
• Desires emotional maturity over drama
• Wants to heal old patterns instead of repeating them
• Wants grounded spiritual wisdom
• Is learning to respond instead of react
• Values connection, self-trust, and inner growth
This is a space for spiritually aware, energy-conscious women who are awakening to their power and rising together.
It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about being conscious.
It’s about becoming more aligned, embodied, and self-led.
🌙 What’s Involved Each Week
Each weekly circle will include:
✨ Grounding & Nervous System Reset
We begin with breathwork, meditation, or a grounding practice to regulate the body and create safety in the space.
✨ Energy & Awareness Teaching
A short teaching focused on topics such as:
• Choosing Love & Light as Spiritual
Practice
• Energy Hygiene
• Energy Boundaries
• Self-Trust & intuition
• Connecting with Higher Self
• Replacing Fear with Empowerment
• Conscious & Sacred Self Talk
• Co-Creating with Spiritual Guidance
✨ Open Sister Share
A guided sharing circle where women can speak honestly without fixing, judging, or competing.
We listen with presence. We witness without trying to solve.
✨ Reflection & Integration
Journaling prompts or discussion questions to help each woman integrate what surfaced.
✨ Closing Intention
We end with intention-setting, affirmation, or a brief prayer/blessing . Leaving grounded, clear, and connected.
