Join Katie to ground and reset with Yin Yoga and a Sound Bath in honour of the second New Moon in Virgo for 2025, falling on a Solar Eclipse.This is a powerful time to focus internally and realign your thoughts, habits, rituals and routines whilst planting seeds for mindful growth.

Yin Yoga is accessible for all body types and capacities; it is a restful practice which invites in stillness and surrender. No previous experience required!
Katie will guide a Sound Bath using instruments that she has acquired on her travels across the globe.
This workshop invites you into a deep restful state through gentle Yin postures, followed by a soothing Sound Bath to integrate and restore.
