π New Moon Eclipse Evening Sound Bath π
Staplegrove Village Hall, Taunton
Just two days after the New Moon Solar Eclipse, this is an invitation to pause, breathe, and allow whatever has been stirred to gently settle.
Eclipses have long been seen as moments of change and renewal. They can illuminate what is ready to emerge and what no longer needs to be carried. Whether or not you follow the moon's cycles, this evening offers a simple opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
Held within the rich vibrations of symphonic and planetary gongs, woven with the soulful sounds of the Native American flute, stillness and silence, this is a space to simply receive. A chance for body, mind and nervous system to soften into deep rest.
No experience is neededβonly a willingness to slow down.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else that helps you feel warm and comfortable.
Afterwards, we'll gather for a gently spiced tea and a homemade treat before returning quietly to the evening.
Β£18 per person
Advance booking is appreciated.

"Alexandra is a highly experienced, sensitive and intuitive practitioner. We had never experienced a gong bath before and this was an amazing day. We came away feeling completely relaxed and 'in tune'. It is extremely healing and beautiful and we would recommend it to anyone, for any reason."
A few gentle notes...

They are also not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. If you wear hearing aids, please switch them off during the session.
