Join us on the beach as the sun begins to set for a shell intention setting ritual, slow flow yoga practice, savasana with reiki and a New Moon Magnesium Mocktail! *Everyone welcomed- seasoned practitioners to those new to yoga
*Please bring a mat, sheet and/or towel
*Bugspray, sunglasses or hat
*Anything else that will make you comfortable
💚Kindly arrive 10-15mins before start time
💚There is a parking lot with a small fee
💚Restrooms on site
💚From the parking lot, walk towards the beach and turn right
💚Registration is required so I can properly prepare for the circle
