🌀New Moon Yoga Nidra Dream Circle🌀

Join us for a blissful evening under the new moon at Sirens Studio in Sebastopol, CA. Experience deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra, a guided restorative meditation practice inducing rejuvinating Theta brain waves. Let go of stress and tension as you dive into a state of profound peace opening up channels of intuition and grace.

Followed by a Dream sharing circle. Work with your potent dream themes to dive into the personal and collective meaning and insight held by a group intention. Instructions on increasing your lucid dreaming capacity will be shared.

We will concretize our dreams through collage and drawing, images and symbols.

This event is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Come as you are, no yoga experience needed.

Bring your own yoga mats, blankets, eye pillow or scarf and a journal (lined or unlined).

Bring your own printed out images, and to share with others: magazines, old calendars, etc.

Extra art supplies will be provided.

Dreaming herbal tea and snacks provided by Owl Priestess Oracle. Dinner together nearby afterwards!
