New Moon Ceremony

Invitation:

On the day of the New Moon, you are invited to connect with endings and beginnings. The focus is primarily on the new, the revelations that come from exploring what you want to create and manifest, but for this, some attention is also given to what you want to let go of so you can focus on where you are going next.

The New Moon is time for seven wishes, to cast spells to do with health, new beginnings in projects, and fresh ways of looking at relationships with self and others. What a beautiful time to connect within and reset!

Once a month we get to do this together with the power of magical ceremony. We will focus inwards, reflect with love, nurture what is revealed and open up to new/other ways of being.

I can’t wait to share this time together with you.

What to expect:

~ Exploration of the New Moon themes for each month

~ Breathwork & Guided Meditation

~ Reflection of past month, evaluation, witnessing and moving forward. This can be done in the way that feels best to each participant: sketching, journaling, silent meditation

~ Divination

~ Intention setting for the month

Who is This For?

~ Anyone with an interest in moon phases and the wisdom they offer to connect within

~ Anyone who wants to explore ceremony as a way of collectively and individually reflecting on past, present and future

~ Anyone who wants to experience ceremony at a marked point in the calendar when we harness creative energy for the month to come

~ All genders and religious beliefs are welcome, 16+ age

About Lourdes:

Lourdes is a homeopath, medium-channel and reiki healer.

She practices these healing modalities in Leeds, UK (in Ookushana and Well are Wellness), and online across the globe. She believes that dis-ease is an energetic imbalance and therefore ease comes from an energetic balance that can be returned to.

Her life and work are informed by the Three Principles. Her understanding of health, disease, cure and healing are founded in these principles as well as those of Homeopathy, Reiki, energy healing, shamanism and Zen Buddhism.

She practices from the belief that we are already whole and that healing happens when we tune into that wholeness, the well of wisdom that we all hold within. She believes that her role is to facilitate that journey in a sacred space where you feel supported, held and heard.
