Cacao has been used for centuries by indigenous Peruvian healers to open the heart, promote emotional healing, and create deep spiritual connections. It serves as a gentle yet potent ally to release what no longer serves you and to open yourself up to new opportunities and growth.

This ceremony will also include Heart Coherence Breathwork, a practice designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and create a deeper connection between your mind and body. Breathwork amplifies the effects of cacao, allowing you to access deep healing, clarity, and insights to support your personal transformation.
