New Moon Alchemy: Breathwork, Soundbath, & Intuitive Writing

Our journey begins with a 35-minute holotropic breathwork session, a powerful practice designed to unlock the unconscious wisdom of the body. Through conscious, connected breathing, we will create space for mental clarity, emotional release, and energetic realignment. This practice helps us access the subconscious mind, where deep insights and healing can arise. It will allow us to release tension, clear mental fog, and open to the intuitive flow of the New Moon.

Following the breathwork, we will be enveloped in a soothing sound bath. The gentle vibrations and healing frequencies will wash over us, helping to integrate the energy we’ve opened to during our breathwork. This restorative experience will allow us to rest deeply and process the shifts that have occurred, bringing balance to our being. The healing sounds will open our hearts, preparing us to receive the new beginnings and opportunities that the New Moon offers.

With our energy aligned and hearts open, we will explore creative writing as a way to channel the intuitive, flowy energy of Pisces into tangible expression. Through free-writing exercises, we will tap into our subconscious, allowing words to flow freely without judgment or expectation.
