Acupuncture is generally gentle and well tolerated. Certain areas, particularly the hands and feet, may feel more sensitive, but any stronger sensations are typically brief and often followed by a deep sense of relaxation throughout the body.

Darren is a licensed acupuncturist, sound facilitator, and wellness practitioner whose work is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, nervous system regulation, and embodied practice. His background includes extensive training in acupuncture, energy medicine, yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and mobility. Through an integrative approach, Darren creates experiences that invite people to slow down, reconnect with the body, and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and well-being. He works privately with clients and facilitates experiences for wellness spaces, corporations, retreats, private events, and special gatherings.
