This class is designed to introduce the essential elements of watercolor painting using direct observation (still life, landscape) and experimenting with abstraction. Students will use a variety of materials including liquid watercolor, all natural pigments, and gauche while exploring form, space, and texture. This is a fun class great for artists who’ve never used watercolor before, and anyone who wants to get to know it a little better.
