The New Family Circle is a welcoming space for new and expecting parents, as well as caregivers of babies under one year. It’s a place to connect with others, share experiences, and find resources and support for the changes that come with welcoming a baby. 🌿 Why You Should Join Us:

Connect with other parents and caregivers, share your stories, and receive encouragement in a friendly, judgment-free space.
🫶 Guidance and Resources:
Led by Janelle Johngrass—maternal and family health specialist, parent of four, and founder of Know Mommy. Janelle combines her personal experience with professional knowledge to provide tailored advice and support.
🍼 Informative Sessions:
Circles cover topics ranging from prenatal and postpartum care to parenting strategies, self-care, navigating changes, and more. Every gathering is designed to leave you with useful tools and heartfelt support.
🌈 Inclusive and Free:
Open to all parents and caregivers of babies under one year at no cost. Light snacks are provided. 🍎
🗓️ Registration encouraged but not required!
Save your spot if you can. It helps us plan, but if life’s busy, just show up. You and your baby are always welcome.
