The New Family Circle is a welcoming space for new and expecting parents, as well as caregivers of babies under one year. It’s a place to connect with others, share experiences, and find resources and support for the changes that come with welcoming a baby.Why You Should Join Us
Peer Support: Connect with other parents and caregivers, share your stories, and receive encouragement in a friendly, judgment-free space.
Guidance and Resources: Led by Janelle Johngrass—maternal and family health specialist, parent of four, and founder of Know Mommy. Janelle combines her personal experience with professional knowledge to provide tailored advice and support.
Informative Sessions: Circles cover topics ranging from prenatal and postpartum care to parenting strategies, self-care, navigating changes, and more. Every gathering is designed to leave you with useful tools and support.
Inclusive and Free: Open to all parents and caregivers of babies under one year at no cost. Light snacks are provided.
