We’ve been listening to our community, and one thing keeps coming up: Asian women & femmes are looking for mental health support that actually gets us. With everything seeming to be on fire these days, we're excited to be hosting a mental health workshop centered on the needs of Asian women & femmes today.

We’ll be joined by , Director of Clinical Strategy & Operations at Anise Health, a digital mental health platform for the Asian community. She is a trained therapist who grew up navigating many cultures - Pakistani, Canadian, and Middle Eastern, which taught her a deep appreciation for the beauty of different cultures (and how to find the best snack everywhere!). She has held leadership roles at startups focused on bridging gaps in mental health access and innovation. Israa is also a speaker, the author of"Toxic Productivity", and founder of WellGuide, which offers evidence-based mental health resources to a community of 350,000+.

Over the course of the evening, we'll explore: self-advocacy, boundary setting, compassion, and disaster burnout.

Expect lots of learning, feeling, and connecting through interactive activities with fellow attendees 💞

NOTE: We recommend bringing your own journal (BYOJ)in case you'd like to take notes and reflect on the workshop, but we will also provide some paper and light writing supplies for interactive exercises!
