New Dads is a group where Dads get together to meet others in the same situation.
Peer to Peer support is not just for mums, our male partners need this too.
I've no idea what they talk about but every chap I've met who has been to the group has enjoyed it.
Mums can feed baby beforehand downstairs on the comfy sofas and either stay and hang out with us or then shoot off for a swim, haircut, cuppa, shopping session etc whilst the Dads get to know each other.
It's not a toddler group, it's for babes in arms and crawlers only.
It's £3per adult, there is tea and coffee and biscuits.
