Wellness Retreat 26th April 2025 - Join a group of like-minded people and immerse yourself in a transformative experience where you will find a deeper connection and awareness of you. My intention for this retreat is to hold space for you to be fully present in the experience, reconnect with your intuition, and discover how to apply intuition in your everyday day, seeing how it guides you. creating safety in the body is an incredible tool, and I will show you how to regulate the nervous system and explain the advantages of this. I will take you on a journey with guided meditations to bring you new clarity, awareness and a new knowing of what you need in your life right now, connecting with your inner child to find out what you need to know and what you can let go of, this powerful connection will create shifts and changes for you.
We spend so much time searching outside of ourselves for the answers when all this time, the answers we need are already in us. It's time to get the answers, it’s time to find our voices, it’s time to get clarity in our purpose, and it's time to understand what we need and bring all this new awareness into life.
