Greetings everyone...I am delighted to announce that we are running our collaborative gathering again this April.
You are invited to an afternoon of movement, connection and community. Hosted at the lovely Tornaveen hall in the Aberdeenshire countryside. The space will be held by myself and dear Friend Scott Young.
Scott has a wealth of experience in holding space for dance, hosting retreats and making some of the finest Chocolate in Scotland...
So together we will guide you into soul centred movement, through music and voice. Its a space for you to slow down from the business of the everyday, come into relation with yourself and listen to what your soul has to say through your moving human bodies.
Bring loose comfortable clothes for free movement and maybe a blanket and yoga mat should you want to rest a while in stillness. Towards the end of the session there will be space for sharing a song, Poem or story, your creativity is welcome. Also we will enjoy food together at this time some bring something to share.
