We are hosting 4 dates over the summer holidays. Here is what you can expect:
* Groups for parents/carers and their neurodivergent children (learning ages 6-11 years). Ran separately, but side-by-side
* Both groups are led by psychotherapists with extensive training & experience in trauma, attachment and neurodiversity
* The parent group is facilitated by Alex Carling: Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. It will offer you the space to decompress and develop your awareness and skills for meeting the needs of your children. Whilst also, providing you the much needed space and support to land, regulate and breathe.
* The children's group will have a maximum of 8 children, it is only for children with a neurodiversity and it will be facilitated by Matilda Harper: a HCPC Registered Dramatherapist who specialises in the deep connection between trauma and attachment.
It will offer creative opportunities for children to connect and learn through, providing safety, structure and a sense of belonging whilst also providing easily replicated strategies for home and school life.
* There are reduced fee packages available for those that wish to attend all sessions, and for families with more than one child, in hopes of making this more accessible.
* Parent's/Carers can also attend the parent group without bringing their child along, if that works best for you.
The dates and times are:
August 5th - 14:30 - 16:00
August 12th - 14:30 - 16:00
