A monthly gathering for neurospicy peers & allies to connect, learn, and practice Yoga together in a supportive environment.
Join us for a journey of self-discovery and connection!
NOTE: These sessions are best suited for those that enjoy group settings.
Also, the Hall is located up 5 steps.

This interactive Yoga session aims to help participants understand and affirm the diverse ways we think, feel, move, and connect with the world around us.
Discover many ways we perceive and interact with our environment. Self-Discovery through Yoga and Yogic practices of breath, sound, movement, mindfulness, and reflection to help us with focus, relaxation, and stress reduction. Fostering connection to body, mind and spirit.
Participants may engage in discussions, share personal experiences, and participate in guided yoga sessions. (As always, everything is optional, as you feel into what is right for you on the day!)
Learn to create space for yourself to experience the joys of being truly yourself and embrace your unique journey.
Pillows, blankets and matts are at the Hall. You are most welcome to bring your own.
Additional items you may wish to bring:
Water bottle, (Highly suggested!)
Emotional support plushies, (I’ll be bringing mine!)
Fidgets, sensory tools, etc.
Cozy socks or favourite clothing.
Journaling tools for reflection time, (optional, for those who enjoy it)
