Only three rules guide our temple dancefloor: no talking (let the music speak), no phones (a device-free sanctuary), and no booze (because it feels so much better).
Respect and attunement fill the air, with altars for prayers and oracle decks for questions. Follow our guidelines—no perfumes, no glass bottles (we're barefoot), and perhaps try dancing in socks for an added twist.

Kat has a beautiful way of holding space for dance, weaving her own journey into the safe and transformative environments she creates.
A dancer from a young age, Kat once doubted her ability, However, a pivotal spiritual experience shifted her perspective: the true essence of dance lies not in how you move, but in the act of moving itself. Inspired by this insight, she guides others to break free from restrictive patterns and rediscovering the innate wisdom of their bodies. Re-evaluating her relationship with alcohol, she realised the need to create spaces and places where she could connect and dance from a new place, one where she could invite herself and others to be more of who they truly are.
Through Ecstatic Dance, Kat invites participants to release limitations, reconnect with their inner selves, and embrace the freedom of their unique rhythm.
