Neurodivergent Parents Focus Group

We’re working with the Perinatal Mental Health Service to better understand the experiences of neurodivergent (ND) parents during pregnancy and after birth. We’d love to invite parents to a relaxed, informal focus group where you can share your experiences in a safe and supportive space. Your views will help us shape future support to make services more accessible and ND-friendly. We’re particularly interested in hearing about:
challenges during pregnancy and after birth
what makes groups feel comfortable and inclusive (including online vs in-person)
how you prefer to be contacted and communicated with
what helps communication feel easier (e.g. language, visuals)
whether a visit beforehand would help
ideas for what a helpful group or service should look like
If you’d like to share your experiences and help shape future support for ND parents, we’d love to hear from you!
