Women In Big Data SoCal OC Networking Walk at Upper Newport Back Bay

Join us for a refreshing morning of networking along one of Newport Beach's most scenic trails, the Back Bay to Eastbluff loop at Upper Newport Bay Regional Park.

We'll meet at Vista Point (the intersection of Back Bay Drive and Eastbluff Drive) at 10:00 AM and set off on this easy, 4.8-mile out-and-back path. With only 108 feet of elevation gain and an estimated 1–2 hours of walking, this is a relaxed and accessible route perfect for great conversation. The wide asphalt path follows along the Back Bay with sweeping views of the bay and bluffs. Keep an eye out for the local wildlife: birds, lizards, bunnies, fish, and more.

📍Getting There
From Jamboree Road, turn onto Eastbluff Drive. Vista Point is right where Eastbluff meets the start of the Back Bay Drive loop.

Parking
Free street parking is available along Eastbluff Drive and surrounding neighborhood streets.

What to Know Before You Go
• There are no restroom facilities along the trail, so plan accordingly.
• Bring plenty of water, the path is exposed and can get warm.
• Apply sunscreen before you arrive, as there is limited shade along the route.
