Nervous System Reset

Steadier. Clearer. More like yourself.
This 3-week Zoom series is for anyone who feels like life has been a lot lately, and you want simple tools that actually help in real life.
Maybe your shoulders are always tense.
Maybe your thoughts race at night.
Maybe you overthink, overdo, shut down, snap, freeze, avoid, and then maybe you judge yourself for it.
This series is about learning to understand what your body is trying to tell you, before stress fully takes over.
Your body is always giving you clues.
A tight jaw.
A racing mind.
A knot in your stomach.
Shallow breathing.
Feeling restless.
Feeling numb.
Feeling like everything is suddenly too much.
None of these mean something is wrong with you, they are signals.
Once you learn how to notice these signals, you have more choice in what happens next.
Over 3 weeks, we will explore how stress shows up in your body, how to recognize your own patterns, and how to use simple practices like breath, movement, grounding, body awareness, and sensory tools to come back to yourself.
Week 1: Understanding Your Stress Signals
We will learn how your body speaks to you through tension, breath, energy, thoughts, and physical cues. You will start to recognize what stress feels like for you, and what ease feels like for you.
Week 2: Simple Tools That Help
We will practice easy tools you can use when you feel scattered, tense, overwhelmed, shut down, or disconnected. Nothing complicated. Just small practices that help you feel more steady.
Week 3: Creating Your Anchor Practice
You will choose a simple practice you can return to again and again. Something that helps you pause, notice, and support yourself in everyday life.
This is not about being calm all the time, it is about learning how to come back to baseline faster and learning to know what to do when life just feels like a lot.
It is time to give up living on autopilot. Join me in this 3 week reset.
