Nervous System Reset

After the intensity of the holiday season, our nervous systems—especially as caregivers—often need intentional care and restoration.

This free conscious parenting workshop is an evening dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting, and gently regulating the nervous system in a supportive and nurturing space. Through breathwork, conscious nervous system regulation techniques, a grounding herbal tea, and a restorative sound bath, participants are invited to soften, release accumulated stress, and return to balance.

This offering is generously donated by Carolina Bolivar, in partnership with Sandra Castillo, as part of a series of free conscious parenting workshops for our community over the coming months.
