Sometimes emotions intensify one another; at other times they clash and leave us confused.....Join a gentle, supportive evening class to calm the nervous system and practice self‑care through guided and simple breath-work and meditation.
Together we will soothe anxiety, release tension, and ease overwhelm, creating space for grief to be felt and held with kindness & compassion......
