About this Event
Through guided breathwork, you’ll release stress, clear your mind, and reconnect with your body in a structured, supportive environment.
If you struggle to sit still or quiet your mind through traditional meditation, think of this as a more active, guided way to reset your mind and body.
No experience needed. This is beginner-friendly.
What to Expect
• Short grounding to settle your mind and body
• Guided breathwork with clear, step-by-step instruction
• Music that supports the process, starting more activating and gradually slowing into a calm, regulated state
• Space to release physical and emotional tension
• Time at the end to integrate and return to a steady, grounded state
This is a structured and supportive experience. You are always in control and can move at your own pace.
What is Breathwork
Breathwork is a structured breathing practice that helps regulate your nervous system.
It allows your body to release stored stress, improve mental clarity, and shift out of a constant state of overwhelm or tension.
You may feel physical sensations during the session such as tingling, warmth, or changes in body temperature. Emotional release can also happen. This is normal and part of how the body processes stress.
Who This Is For
This session is for you if:
• You feel stressed, burned out, or mentally overloaded
• You have trouble slowing down or relaxing
• You feel disconnected or “off”
• You want a reset without overcomplicating the process
What to Bring
• Comfortable clothing
• Yoga mat or something to lie on
• Water
• A sweater, hoodie, or blanket (your body temperature may change)
• Optional: eye mask or small pillow
Important Notes / Contraindications
Avoid heavy meals at least 60 minutes before the session.
This session may not be suitable if you have:
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Detached retina or glaucoma
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Serious cardiovascular conditions or history of heart attack
• Pregnancy
• Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or recent psychiatric hospitalization
• History of stroke, aneurysm, or neurological conditions

About the Facilitator
Alejandra Miranda (Aleximir) is a somatic breathwork practitioner and emotional wellness coach with a background in psychology and high-performance environments. She helps people regulate their nervous system, gain clarity, and move forward with more control, focus, and direction.
If you’ve been needing a reset, this is a space to slow down, clear your head, and reconnect with yourself.
📍 Parking
There is paid street parking available along NW 29th Street, as well as a mix of free and paid street parking along NW 6th Ave.
📍 Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the event start time to check in and settle in.
Doors will close promptly at 5:00 PM. To maintain the integrity of the session and ensure everyone has a grounded, uninterrupted experience, late entry will not be permitted.
If you arrive after the doors are closed, you will not be able to join the session. Tickets are non-refundable, but in the case of an emergency, you may reach out to be considered for a future session.
