The passage grave at Slieve Gullion (573 metres high) is lit by the setting sun of the Winter Solstice.
Ballykeel Dolmen is a single chamber portal tomb - has a huge capstone, supported on upright stones and known locally as the 'Hags Chair'.
Annaghmare Court Cairn is known as the Horned Cairn and is one of the best preserved examples of its type. All of the orthostats and dry walling intact in the entrance to three interlocking chambers.
All of the sites were excavated in 1963/64 by the archaeologists of Queen's University
