If you live or work within 9th, Oregon, 16th, and Ohio Streets, you are invited to a Neighborhood Association Organizing Meeting.
A group of neighbors have stepped up to start this process, now we need YOU! A full neighborhood meeting is scheduled on
Wednesday, August 12, 5:30-7 pm at
First English Lutheran Church (1013 Minnesota)
Park in the parking lot off of 10th Ave. and enter through the covered doors closest to 10th Ave.
Refreshments will be provided. Please join us - all are welcome!

Benefits and Requirements of being a Neighborhood Association
Discuss & Vote on Boundaries, a Neighborhood Name, & Core Team Members
A Neighborhood Association is a voluntary organization of citizens who work together to promote a sense of community, build social engagement, improve & beautify the neighborhood, promote safety, represent neighborhood interests with public officials, and provide awareness of community events & initiatives.
IT IS NOT a homeowner's association (HOA). Neighborhood Associations are free and voluntary and include all who reside or work in the neighborhood (homeowners, renters, and businesses).
No dues, no rules, just neighbors looking out for each other and building a great place to live.
In addition, it gives an opportunity to develop a logo, have street sign toppers, and provides access to resources like the Block Party Trailer, Welcome Bags, and Grant and Loan programs from Oshkosh Healthy Neighborhoods and the City of Oshkosh.
These resources make the neighborhood an exciting and safe place to live, work, and play.
