This will also be a great support for people who have been training mostly online and also a great check in on the basic principals for those with an already established practice. This course is not often run and will be the entry platform for those who wish to continue training with Sophie to deepen their Nei Gong process. We really appreciate if you share with loved ones who have felt the call but were not sure where to begin, as those of you already training sure know how life changing this process is :)
No previous experience is necessary however please read up on training Nei Gong to make sure feel you are a good fit for this transformational process!
