Needles & Notes: A Sound Bath & Acupuncture Experience with Practitioners Arlynn and Becca.During the experience, crystal singing bowls will produce calming, high-vibrational sounds that resonate through your body and energy field, facilitating profound relaxation. These resonate frequencies help alleviate stress, release tension, and foster a sense of inner peace and balance.
Simultaneously, Becca, a Registered Acupuncturist, will place 5-6 acupuncture needles on targeted points of your body to enhance relaxation and soothe the nervous system, bringing you into a blissful state.
Afterward, optional ear seeds may be applied to extend the sense of calm into the week ahead.
Our goal is to leave you with a renewed sense of clarity, tranquility and peace.
What to expect:
For the duration of the session, you will be laying comfortably on a yoga mat, with pillows and blankets to suit your personal comfort level. All of these items are provided, however you are welcome to bring any items you may need to ensure your comfort. Water & tea are also available.
