In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the basics of needle felting, a technique that uses sharp barbed needles to transform dyed wool roving into beautiful textile art.You'll start by creating a wool flower brooch to get comfortable with the tools and technique. These charming little flowers can be worn as brooches, sewn onto bags or jackets, or used in artwork.
Then you'll move on to completing an 8" x 8" flowers-in-a-flowerpot design using an assortment of colorful wool roving.
