He completed an MFA in Ceramics at Indiana State University in 2003. He is a Professor of Art at Concord University in Athens, West Virginia where he has instructed Ceramics and Sculpture for 20+ years. Jamey has directed the construction of multiple permanent and experimental ceramic kilns while at Concord University.
Jamey has served as the gallery director for the Arthur Butcher Art Gallery in the Alexander Fine Arts Center on the Campus of Concord University since 2004. He has directed the visiting artist program at Concord University providing Athens, West Virginia with free demonstrations by the nation's well-known ceramic artists and creating a channel for international exchange. Jamey’s artwork is primarily ceramic and draws upon themes of Appalachian life through sculpture and utilitarian objects. Jamey’s work has been included in national exhibitions as well as local.

Robby Moore was born and currently resides in Beckley, West Virginia. He is a mixed media artist and graduated with a Bachelor of Art degree in Studio Arts and a minor in Theatre from Concord University. Moore has exhibited his work and curated exhibitions since 1999. He is a theatrical director and has also worked professionally as a scenic designer/artist, costumer, actor, technician and marionette puppeteer. Moore currently works as WV's first Arts Extension Educator for West Virginia Creative Network and WVSU Extension Service. His work has been exhibited in various spaces including the Juliet Art Museum, Marshall School of Art and Design, West Liberty University, The Huntington Museum, Carnegie Hall, Morehead University, and Concord University.
Moore’s work layers simple techniques and materials; mixing media to build patina. Physically, the work is a tribute to Appalachian traditions like resourcefulness, ingenuity, saving and nostalgia. He uses theatrical language, coded icons and childhood memories from southern West Virginia to make crafty objects presented as paintings. Currently Moore’s work is about isolation, obligation, time and celebration.
