On Friday, June 12, animal ambassadors will take over Huntington Children’s Museum! The day will consist of a Wings of Wonder: WV Birds of Prey” presentation by Three Rivers Three Rivers Aviation Center and two “Zoology Zone Reptile Shows” by Zoology Zone Science Center. Both animal centers will be available from 11:30 to 1:00 to answer guests' questions.Schedule of Events
-Birds of Prey 10:30-11:30 show
-Zoology Zone Science Center Show 1:00 and 2:30 pm
-Booth (birds, reptiles) 11:30 - 1:00 pm
-Community partners will join throughout the day to provide hands-on learning opportunities.
About KidsFest
KidsFest is a vibrant, multi-day festival that brings together local businesses, organizations, and community members to celebrate children with a variety of family-friendly events. From June 8-14, this week-long celebration will not only showcase existing community treasures but also create opportunities for new gems to emerge. KidsFest offers returning favorites such as the teddy bear clinic, MessFest, food tasting, and cardboard boat race. Additionally, 2026 will introduce many exciting new programs! KidsFest serves as a fundraiser for the Huntington Children’s Museum.
